We have expressed this to you with the same honesty with which we look after our vineyards and make our wine.

We think that among the things that save and redeem man as a human being is art and his capacity to create it. To create and taste a good wine is to participate in a work of art, it is our way of redemption. So as not to detract in the least from the quality we wish to provide, we have sought the company of other adventurers: the best professionals.
